Hello, Rinea fans!
It's Teresa with some "fringe-y" cards to spark your interest in using Rinea foiled papers in a pinata style fashion to create fun cards
It only takes a bright shot of color to make a statement on a card in my opinion. I like creating backgrounds that complement rather than distract from that statement and I hope you will enjoy watching my video showing how to replicate this look, whether or not you have specialized or basic tools, this is something you can do.
