Children's Aquarium Layout by Anita Scroggins

Hi y'all, it's Anita from The Flamingo Chronicals to share a cute layout with you today. I love adding unexpected touches to my scrapbook layouts and the Foiled Paper is perfect for this.

My sweet princess loves the Children's Aquarium and we go all the time. I created this fun layout for her to remember our times with. For this project I used the Turquoise/Gold Glossy Foiled Paper and the Ruby Red/Gold Glossy Foiled Paper.

I wanted to play up the pattern on the background paper so I pulled out a hexagon shaped punch. I punched several hexagons using the Turquoise/ Gold Glossy Foiled Paper. After crumpling the shapes up to give them some texture I lightly sanded the top.

The shapes fit perfectly in the pattern of the paper and I love the texture that it adds.
