Fall Cards by Steph
Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman here today with two different fall cards using some wonderful stamps from Joy Clair and inks from Imagine.
Use Lawn Fawn dies to die cut Marigold/Gold Glossy Foiled Paper. Using the Joy Clair Fall Leaves stamp set, stamp assorted leaves with StazOn Pigment Ink in Chocolate Brown randomly about the panel.
.Using the Poppystamps Botanica Frame, die-cut Mocha/Mocha Starstruck Foiled Paper.
Add the Mocha die cut panel to a green card. Then place the Marigold panel on top.
Add a strip of burlap across the center, placing a strip of Marigold across its center, then wrap with twine for a fun fall feel. Stamp the phrase with Chocolate Brown StazOn Ink on Marigold and die cut with another Lawn Fawn die. Mat it with a larger Mocha/Gold Glossy Foiled Paper circle and add to card with foam adhesives for dimension.
Finish by placing assorted dew drops about the card.
Using the same stamp set, I created a second card using Ruby/Gold Glossy Foiled Paper.
The leaves were stamped on the Ruby panel with StazOn Pigment Ink in Shamrock Green and the veins were stamped on top with StazOn Pigment Ink in Chocolate Brown. Since the ink dries quickly on the foiled paper, I could stamp the veins almost immediately without smudging.
The panel was added to a Mocha/Mocha Starstruck Foiled Paper panel. A strip of burlap was across the center, and a torn strip of Ruby was placed next. Then the panel was wrapped with twine before it was added to the card. The phrase was stamped on Ruby/Ruby Starstruck Foiled Paper with Piano Black StazOn Pigment Ink, then die cut and matted with a larger Mocha/Gold Glossy Foiled Paper die-cut and added to the card with foam adhesives.
Finally, due drops were scattered about the card.
