Valentine Heart Chain by Betz
With Valentine's Day quickly approaching I thought it would be fun to create a heart chain to decorate my house with. You only need a paper trimmer and:
Cut the foiled paper into 1-inch strips:
Fold the strip in half:
Place a little glue on the open end:
Make a heart using the crease as the top and adhering at the bottom:
Repeat with another heart of a different color:
Only this time, adhere the base of the heart to the top of the other. It tucks nicely together and helps hold the shape:
Pull both sides down and make another heart link:
Keep repeating until you reach the desired length:
