How to make a card
Using white card create a card base using one of the nesting dies, then die cut the same shape from white card and Violet Rinea foiled paper.
Use the next nesting die and the trellis cutting dies to create panels from white card, thread the lavender ribbon through the trellis panel (adhere on the back) and adhere both panels together.
Die cut the sentiment 'Happy Birthday' from white card and the shadow from Violet Rinea foiled paper. Adhere all the panels together and the sentiment.
Die cut all the elements using Rinea foiled papers: Lavender, Lavender Starstruck, Turquoise, Turquoise Starstruck , Fuchsia, Fuchsia Starstruck, Violet, Violet Starstruck and cutting dies 'Petite Petals by Sizzix' from It's Cheaper Than Therapy.
Adhere all the elements onto your card, play with the composition. You can also add small gems and butterflies to make your card super special.
And your card is finished.
How to make a matching box
Using 'Emerald Box Kit 5x7'' ' by Card Making Magic and white card, create two panels for the box, one blank and one with the elegant detail.
Fold all the flaps of the panels, but don't adhere the sides, use Distress Oxide ink and ink blending tool to apply the color onto the front of the box.
Then, used the same lavender ribbon and thread it through the small openings.
Make a bow using the ribbon, then assemble the box together.
Next, add any die cut flowers, leaves and butterflies and add gems for extra sparkle.
Your project is complete :)
There is some extra space in the box so you can add any sweets of your choice ;)
Have a wonderful day and happy crafting!
