How To Make Water Lily Pond by Monika Graefling-Gladysiak | Rinea

Hello everyone! I hope you have a wonderful day. It's Monika today creating Water Lily Pond using Rinea Foiled Papers.

We are going to use Rinea Foiled Paper: JadeMocha, GoldEmeraldBlushFuchsia, Lavender, VioletCobalt, Sapphire, TurquoiseMidnight, black and green card, liquid glue, 3D gel glue or hot glue, score board, craft knife and cutting mat, pencil, pokey tool, double sided tape and scissors.

Step 1:
Put the black card and score: 1 cm, 2 cm, 3 cm, 4 cm and 5 cm from each side.
Then, look at the corner 5 x 5 small squares, counting from the left, cut 2 squares up, 1 diagonal and 1 up and repeat on the other side. Check the photo below. Then burnish the score lines, but don't stick the frame yet. 

Step 2:

Use scissors to cut small waves from CobaltSapphireTurquoiseMidnight Rinea foiled paper. Adhere the waves using liquid glue, 3D gel glue or hot glue, shape the sides for extra dimension. Start from the bottom, you can leave the top corners empty.

Step 3:

Use a copy paper, fold it in haft and draw a bridge, you can colour in the spaces to cut out. Then, use scissors and craft knife to cut it out, it will be your template. Make sure the bridge is wider than your frame.

Use your bridge template and trace it on brown card. Adhere double sided tape on the back and stick Mocha foiled paper. Use a craft knife and scissors to fussy cut the bridge.

Adhere the bridge inside the frame, make sure it gives 3D look.

Step 4:

Use Jade, Gold, Emerald to fussy cut small beans, they will be your leaves. 

Then, use a green card, roughly cut the shapes of tree crowns and using a liquid glue adhere the laves, start from the bottom. 

You can cut the excess at the top of the trees to have a straight line.

Adhere the leaves inside the frame.

Now it's time to stick the frame to the background, take your time, liquid glue takes a couple of minutes to set.
Then adhere the top trees in the corners.

Step 5:

Use Gold, Emerald, Blush, FuchsiaLavenderViolet to cut the water lily petals and leaves. Use double sided tape to adhere the elements together.
Use 3D gel glue or hot glue to attach the lilies inside the frame for extra dimension.

Step 6:

You can attach a string on the back and hang your masterpiece on the wall or put it on a shelf as a home decor.
