How To Use Die Cuts To Make A Valentine Card by LeeAnn McKinney

How To Use Die Cuts To Make A Valentine Card by LeeAnn McKinney | Rinea

Greetings friends and fellow crafters, LeeAnn here with a fun card using Rinea Foiled paper and dies from Sizzix.

Happy New Year friends and fellow crafters. Now that 2021 has begun, it is time to move away from the red and green and into the pinks. Valentine's Day will be here before we realize it, so I put together this card to share with you.

I used Starstruck Texture Foiled Paper in Fuchsia as the base of my panel as well as the bow on the wildflower sprigs. My circle cut is Blush Glossy with the wildflowers cut out of Jade Glossy. I followed that up with 2 leaf sprays cut from Jade Starstruck and stamped using VersaFine Clair in Nocturne. My sentiment is on White Cardstock to match my card base and stamped with that same VersaFine Clair in Nocturne to balance it out.

I used Tear It Tape to adhere my main layer to the card base, foam tape to adhere the die cut circle and sentiment panels, and Silhouette Double Side Adhesive for all my die cut pieces.

Supplies used:

Rinea StarStruck Fuchsia Foiled Paper

Rina Glossy Blush Foiled Paper

Rinea Glossy Jade Foiled Paper

Rinea StarStruck Jade Foiled Paper

Sizzix Time Out Stamp/Die Set

Silhouette Double Side Adhesive Sheets

Hope you enjoyed this project, and it inspires you to make some cards using border dies and sentiments you may have in your stash.
