Make a Blustery Blue Christmas Card
by Roni Johnson

I love making unique Christmas cards each year and this year I thought it would be fun to make some color themed cards. I started with my favorite color blue or in this case Rinea Foiled Papers in Turquoise and Cobalt.

This month we are lucky enough to be partnering with Crackerbox and Suzy Stamps.
Directions:

Step 1 - Cover a card base with Cobalt/Cobalt Starstruck foiled paper and set aside.
Step 2 - Cut a 3.5" x 8.5" card panel. Cover the upper two thirds with Turquoise/Turquoise Starstruck foiled paper.
Step 3 - Hand cut piece of Arctic/Gold Glossy foiled paper with a few hills to cover the bottom portion of the panel.
Step 4 - Stamp Blowing Snowflakes Tree on the right side of the panel; stamp the Buck and Doe beside the tree.

Step 5 - Stamp the sentiment - Happy, Light, Merry on a scrap of Turquoise/Gold Glossy foiled paper.
Step 6 - Die-cut the sentiment using Geometric Oval Frame for the inside and die-cut a piece of Gold/Gold Glossy foiled paper for the frame.
Step 7 - Mount the framed sentiment on the left hand side of the panel.
Step 8 - Adhere the panel to the card base.

And there you have a lovely monochromatic blue Christmas Card. This basic design would be easily transformed by any color combination you can think of.
