This is a quick and easy project to help save your time when party prepping.
I used the Patriotic Foiled Paper Variety Pack along with the Arctic/Arctic Glossy Foiled Paper. I started by applying double-sided adhesive to the back of each color. Since I was going to be using old fashioned hand punches I like having adhesive already applied before punching.
I punched a variety of stars from each color in two sizes.
Since the stars already had adhesive on the backs it was super easy for me to adhere them to small wood picks. I adhered them back to back on the picks to cover both sides, mixing the colors and layering small stars on top.
