Sending A Little Happiness Your Way

Hello everyone, It's Ildi here and I'm happily sharing my first project on Rinea blog.

 

Today I'm showing you an elegant style slimline card showcasing Rinea foiled papers.

I decided to try different colours from these sets: Earth Tones Foiled Paper Variety Pack , Autumn Foiled Paper Variety Pack and Love Foiled Paper Variety Pack.

Foiled papers are thin so I started my card with adhering them onto a piece of cardstock. I found adhesive sprays work pretty well for this.  

You'll get beautiful and shiny die-cuts from these folied papers, I especially love  the look of the frame which I attached onto an Oxide sprayed background. I used some foam squares to give dimension to the bird and the word die.

To finish my card I attached the rest of the sentiment using a stamped and heat embossed paper strip and added some paint drops here and there.
