Snowday! Under Glass Card by Roni
Spring is only a few weeks away but it still feels like Winter here in the mid-west. They say embrace what life gives you so this is my attempt at enjoying Winter.
Snowday!
To get into the spirit of embracing Winter I decided I wanted to go with a muted background to really make the little scene under the cloche pop. What do you think? Did it work? Are you ready to embrace winter?
Step 1 - Cut all of the desired parts for the cloche and to build the winter scene using Santa's Workshop set from Spellbinders.
Step 2 - Assemble the scene using your favorite liquid glue.
Step 3 - Cut a 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" panel from Ebony/Gold Glossy foiled paper and adhere it to a white card base. Add black and white wood grain and plaid pattern paper to the card base. Cut a 1/2" strip of Ebony/Gold Glossy foiled paper to cover the seam.
Step 4 - Finish assembling the cloche as you glue it down to the card; adhere the sentiment.
Step 5 - Brighten someone's day by sending them this bold and beautiful winter scene captured under glass!
