Stamped Gift Card Holder by Anita Scroggins
Hi everyone, Anita Scroggins here today to share a lovely stamped gift card holder. My kids are to the age that all they really want for birthdays are gift cards. I am always looking for new ways to hand them out.
I started with some pretty printed bags from the wedding aisle at the local craft store and added to them. I used StazOn Pigment Inks and some vintage stamps from my studio.
I stamped my image on Silver/Gold Foiled Paper using the Peacock Feathers ink. Because I am prone to sliding my surface around I like to tape it down - that gets me a crisp, clean, image every time.
Fussy cut the image out right on the stamped line, then use a Xyron Sticker Maker to adhere the image to a piece of thick white cardstock. Fussy cut again with a small border.
I added a second image stamped on plain white paper with the Piano Black. After stamping I fussy cut the sentiment out and adhered.
Thanks so much for stopping by to check out my project.
